Orders & Payment

All orders are accepted via WhatsApp or email. Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) up to PKR 15,000, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Orders are confirmed once payment or COD agreement is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available on orders up to PKR 15,000. The customer agrees to pay the courier at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused without valid reason, the customer may be restricted from future COD orders.

Delivery

We dispatch orders via TCS, Leopards, or M&P courier. Delivery times are estimates only and subject to courier operations. BoxerRings.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or force majeure events.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Custom orders (embroidered, custom-sized) are non-returnable. To initiate a return, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

All boxing gloves and punching bags carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against material and stitching defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from excessive use, misuse, or improper storage.

Custom Orders

Custom equipment orders (embroidered logos, special sizing, custom colours) require a 50% advance payment. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Lead time for custom orders is 10–21 working days depending on complexity and order size.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp. BoxerRings.pk reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Product images are representative — actual product colour may vary slightly due to screen display settings. Product specifications (weight, dimensions) are nominal and subject to manufacturing tolerances of ±5%.

Limitation of Liability

BoxerRings.pk's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential loss arising from product use. Boxing and martial arts equipment should be used only under appropriate supervision and with proper training.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan.
