Seven day returns on unused items in original packaging. Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams or hardware are covered for a full year: send a photo on WhatsApp and we replace the bag. Wear from normal training, sun damage and damage from an incorrect mounting are not covered, which is why the installation section above is worth reading before you drill.

Bulk, Club and Institutional Orders

Five bags or more moves you onto wholesale pricing. Schools, clubs, universities, army and police units and corporate gyms are welcome to request a formal quotation on letterhead with GST details for procurement. Custom sizes up to 100kg, custom colours and club branding are all available from the Sialkot factory.
